Transmedco LLC, an Alpharetta, Georgia based Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Speares Medical Inc. based out of Irmo, South Carolina. “The 2-powerhouse wholesale Drug Testing & Laboratory Supply companies have more than 40 years-experience serving customers across all of North America” stated Ted Bernhardt, Principal of the combined companies. In addition to the core business the combined companies are a large supplier of Covid-19 tests.
The acquisition provides greater buying leverage and more resources to support our customer base of more than 5000 customers and partners.
